    ALRIGHT!! Elfman then gets in a ready position, anxious, because he knows an important person is watching. He then *Smirks*.

    He then suddenly waves his hand in front of his face releasing a sharp, high velocity wind scythe towards you directed at your neck. After releasing the scythe, he then creates a Wind Style: Rasengan in one hand, and Water Style: Destruction Torrent in the other, and puts his hands together like a Kmehameha combining them, creating a tornado of water that that follows his last attack.

    Have you had ying yang training yet? because if you haven't you're not able to use that second jutsu. That second jutsu requires utilizing two different elemental natures at the same time; and in order to be able do that, you need ying yang training.

    But anyhow, we'll carry one.

    Speaking doesn't count towards time-frame




    A fairly tall guy with short brown hair and large, almond-shaped, black eyes emerges from the odd shadows created from the sunlight. To begin with, the mysterious guy starts looking around the terrain, observing his surroundings in one fluent movement of his eyes. Disappointed at the plain familiar uninteresting sight, he attempts to place his hands in his pockets, but something prevents him from doing so. An unfamiliar presence in the atmosphere hints to him that an enemy is nearby. A moment later, he sees a guy with massive bone density, and grey hair. This reminds him of his lost friend. Unsurprisingly, the unfamiliar figure waves his hand in front of his face releasing a sharp, high velocity wind scythe towards the guy. Judging from the trajectory of it, it's directed at his neck.

    "Why does everyone want to attack me? i really don't get it" he thinks to himself.

    Yamato: Questions are for later; just focus on stopping this guy.

    As the wind scythe heads towards his neck, Yamato knows the basic concept that wind is weak against fire element. Using this knowledge, Yamato simply just by using forearm and then by swinging his arm in a wave motion releases fire chakra creating a line of fire that spreads out infront of him acting as a defensive wall. This effectively defends against the wind jutsu. Just as the firewall disperse, he notices a massive tornado of water coming at him. In Yamato's eyes, it's almost like time just froze. He sees every single detail in the terrain including the jutsu. His mind recalls and reconstructs his memories from his training with the old man; Hiruzen. In an instant, he realizes that his opponent cannot see him due to the size of the jutsu. And just like that, time resumes and the massive water tornado is still heading towards him, very close to him. Yamato quickly gathers and directs his doton chakra through his legs and channels it into the ground. This causes the ground to soften up, making it easier for him to dig into it. When he goes underground, he then again channels his chakra into the surrounding earth, making the hole he made before go back into it's original state so no-one detects that he's been underground. Then, using his chakra already present in the ground, he uses it to detect movement above ground. Yamato instantly detects his opponents movement, quickly travels underground. Yamato bursts through the ground a meter behind his opponent. In one fluent movement, he pierces his opponent through his chest with the chdiori he has already created in his left hand by the usage of one hand-seal.

It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.

    As Elfman's technique continues with no interruption, he figured that was weird. Making him realize that his opponent is no longer in the same position. So he doesn't see anything to the sides nor did he see anything rise, leaving the only option to left. Tsch! He's below me isn't he?

    In response, I then take out a kunai and channel wind chakra into it, releasing a vortex around my body. When Yamato jumps up with a chidori and thrusts it. It would just grind against my wind vortex. Pushing you 1m back, because you made the forward force. As you recover I thrust my hand forward, releasing a demonic wind claw, that slashes your chest and pushes you back to the edge of short range. (Not deep enough to kill you though. I want more fun )

    I have mastery over lightning elements, thus i am able to perform jutsu that require more than one hand-seal with one hand-seal. Chidori for example.

As Yamato is forcefully pushed a meter back, he places his hands on the ground to stop himself from skidding any further. The moment he notices wind chakra starting to developing and take the form of something that looks like a claw, he instantly knows that he doesn't have time to perform any hand-seals, so instead, he channels non-focused lightning through his body. When the wind makes contact with the lightning, they both cancel each other out. Yamato knows that being really close to an opponent is really dangerous. So in order to get some distance between his weird opponent and him, he momentarily paralyzes his opponent by surrounding his chakra around his every one of his opponent muscles. He then takes this chance to quickly move to mid range. Yamato then forms Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand-seals before creating a clouds in the sunny sky. Moments later it starts raining in the whole terrain. Every droplet of the rain is contains Yamato's chakra, allowing him to sense every other chakra in the terrain.

    As Elfman see's Yamato starts to retreat, he surges his earth chakra throughout his body making him supper light. He then takes advantage of Yamato's back being turned to form a whirlwind like ball in his hands, which he then throws 2 into the back of Yamato with great speed. The balls hit Yamato giving him great damage to his back, and also thrusts him forward.

    (Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique

    You can get out of paralysis through chakra surging techniques which I did. And i'll still hit you with my wind techniques before you reach mid.range. The description say's it's very fast

    As Yamato is walking backwards to mid-range, he notices that the weird guy has broken free from the paralyzes and has performed a jutsu. Yamato sees 2 whirlwind-like wind balls heading towards him really fast. Knowing that wind is weak against fire, Yamato quickly creates a wall of fire in front of him.

    Yamato: Is that how it's going to be ey? *smirks*

    Just as the wall disappears, yamato creates two clones, Clone A to his right and Clone B to his left. These clones then channel chakra into the soles of their feet. This allows them to increase their speed as they both dash towards Elfman. Clone A lifts his right hand up slightly, creating Rasengan in his right hand. When within distance, Clone A jumps into the air slightly so that he can bring his Rasengan down into Elfmans' chest. Whilst Clone A is in the air, Clone B stops and bends over a little and throws a single explosive kunai beneath Clone As' legs. So to basically put it, the explosive kunai travels through the gap between Clone As' legs and the ground. But of course, this kunai will be difficult to notice because Elfman will probably be paying more attention to the Rasengan. Just a second later, Clone A brings his Rasengan down into Elfmans' chest.     As Yamato makes the fire wall to block my wind attack, this creates a short time period where Elfman and Yamato lose vision of each other, before the wall disappears. In that short time period Elfman manipulates the ground in front him, creating gigantic pillars that emerge from the ground piercing you and your clones, as it extends into long range in front of me. He then jumps back 2m while manipulating his wind chakra causing 5 tall tornadoes to appear close together, simulating a wall, the tornadoes then advance through the earth forest cutting everything into shreads in front of me.

    This example given above is a sure example of how idiotic people can be when they are fighting.They are clearly overestimating their speed.They are violating the Time Frame rule as there is no way a kunia would take this long to reach it's target which is only 10m away from it,hence breaking the REALITY to an RP battle.So keep the battle as REALISTIC as possible


    † What are all considered as offensive actions?

    Now this is a tricky subject as most people fumble with this aspect of the Time Frame Rule.

    ♦Throwing a kunai/shuriken/any other weapon/flash bomb/smoke bomb etc.. are all considered as offensive acts.
    ♦Using a jutsu is an offensive act.For keeping it as much Realistic as possible only the visible offensive acts are taken into account.
    ♦Running is considered as an offensive act
    ♦Punching you


    For eg:Ninja A activates chakra sensing skill,Ninja B has no idea that Ninja has activated the jutsu as such he cannot react to that.


    † Which all acts are not considered as offensive actions?

    ♦Taking out a kunai or any other form of weapon
    ♦Dropping something which can be a kunai/shuriken/any other weapon/flash bomb/smoke bomb etc..

    For eg:Ninja A drops a Flash bomb,Ninja B has to wait till the flash bomb explodes to start his counter.If he attacks before the flash bomb explodes,its breaking the Time Frame Rule

    ‡ How to properly counter without breaking Time Frame?

    I'll explain this with examples.

    >Example 1:
    Ninja A and Ninja B are standing Mid-range from each other and are about to start battling.Ninja A has the first move and he uses a doton jutsu that causes pillars to rise under Ninja B.Ninja B,senses the vibrations under him expects it to be an earth jutsu and counters it with Nagashi,negating the earth chakra.

    ♦This here is not a Time Frame Violation.Ninja B only countered after Ninja A manipulated his doton chakra which caused a small tremor under Ninja B,which is often common in the case of earth jutsu's.
    This also shows that,even though your opponent gets to do the first jutsu,you needn't wait till the jutsu hits you to counter.You can react as soon as he starts his jutsu.

    >Example 2
    Ninja A and Ninja B are standing Mid-range from each other and are about to start battling.Ninja B is sharingan user.Ninja A starts to do a sequence of seal manipulating katon chakra inside his mouth.Ninja B with his sharingan predicts it to be fire jutsu after close analysis of seal and chakra nautre.Ninja B upon realizing this attacks Ninja A with a suiton jutsu before Ninja A could complete his first jutsu.

    ♦This here is a Time Frame violation.Ninja B took advantage of his K.G,predicting the jutsu and countering it before Ninja A could use his jutsu.You may know what jutsu he is going to use by reading his moves,but that doesn't grant you the ability to God-mod.

    ‡ How to properly read the Time Frame?

    >Example:


    Now the time Frame for these moves would be
    -Ninja A uses Wind Blast
    -Ninja B uses Fire jutsu
    -Ninja A uses earth pillar jutsu
    -Ninja A throws kuani's and sets them on fire
    -Ninja B goes underground and pops up long range.

    Did you get how I read the Time Frame of the battle?I hope so.
    Don't try to squeeze in 2 jutsu's in b/w your opponent's 1 jutsu,unless the 2 jutsu's are fast.Just go with the flow of the battle.Try not to interrupt each and every second jutsu he uses in a turn.


    Time Frame is a tricky thing to get,I understand that.But I suggest you guys to

    ♦Read Fights often in Battle Arena to get a clear understanding on Time Frame
    ♦Read Fights in Battle Test section as you could understand more about Time Frame while watching Bio tests and Tournament Fights
    ♦Ask senior members/senpai's/sensei's/mods for nay doubts you have regarding time frame.I'm sure they would be more than happy to help.

No. Until i do an offensive action like throwing a kunai or shooting fireballs at you or whatever, you cannot attack me. You can only attack me AFTER I've done an offensive move, such as throwing a kunai at you. It's Narutobase rules, and for every turn that's how it is. You need to defend against my offensive move, which was the rasengan and the explosive kunai part. When you've defended against that and done and offensive jutsu, then i can attack you. Ask a mod or go to the Q & A thread if you don't believe me. And as of the Clone jutsu, i forgot to create the hand-seals. Apologies on that.

    , it's not official until it's stickied. And creating a fire wall is an offensive action. I'm offended that you didn't die from my wind attack, which gives me the permission to respond.

    It's not a new rule. A wise guy in our village made the thread, but unless it's stickied it's not a new rule, and bcz of the little confusion we are having now. I doubt it will be....
    You can fight me Ciber. I deleted our old match so we have to start new. UM01 if you find a valid way to counter my last attack then post and we will continue. Other than that no more spam plzz.
