Still my favorite one is when the guy calls up because his computor won't turn on. So the tech walks him through everything he can think of and decides to ask the guy if the computer is plugged in. The guy says he can't see back there because the lights are off. the tech askes why he can't just turn a light on, and the guy's response is:
"We haven't had any damn electricity for weeks."
