So I'm over at my friend's place right now and we're trying to open the game 'tera'. She's got the full version, not the trial. When we click the launcher, nothing happens :/ Tried opening it in steam and that didn't help. We've also tried everything that was listed up on the Tera Support Page. Any solutions?
