How did Kabuto get Madara's DNA

So how did Kabuto get Madara's DNA when i thought that no one could get in or out of that cave with the gedo mazo.One thought i had was when Obito smashed thought the wall to get to Rin and Kakashi and Madara said that he would be back but i didn't think that they would be so stupid to leave a hole in the wall that leads to the gedo mazo and Madara's remains so let me know what you guys and girls think and its my first thread Yay

For the most part Orochimaru is dead. Kabuto did in fact take Orochimaru skin cells and infused them with his own so he could have Orochimaru's power and abilities,and to become stronger,but those are just his abilities,so for the most part he is dead. However because there is still some part of Orochimaru left inside the skin/DNA that Kabuto had implanted within himself,it is slowly starting to take over Kabuto's body and it is getting harder for him to keep Orochimaru from fully taking over his body,but so far since that hasn't happen he is pretty much dead.

i dont think madara was keen on war he wanted all the tails captured and the 10 tails complete to become the Jinchūriki and complete Tsuki no Me Keikaku (eye of the moon plan)

Dumb a** obito did not want Masada on the battle field. Obito also was fused with the 1st hokage zetsu not the black one, please read the manga a little better, besides there's an a$$ load of edo people like the kage, I mean oro got his hands on 1st hokage and 2th hokage cells. Leave as is as is.
