You want a real answer ask kishi til then, you have to believe his writing which states "Tsunade can not die in battle" until further notice on her being dead, she's alive deal with it. After all kishi is the author and whatever he says we have to believe until he changes it.

Hidan is immortal while Tsunade isn't. Just because she can regenerate from wounds and injuries doesn't mean she's immortal.

If she gets decapitated, yes. But if byakugou is active, the wounds heal instantly and decapitation isn't instant death. Just very very fast.

On the other hand getting beheaded equals certain death except if you're Hidan.

A human can't survive being cut in half. Well, theoretically they could, if you instantly stop the blood flow then yes. Even Tsunade can't do that. She had blood everywhere when Madara stabbed her in the stomach. Even now she has blood everywhere. She has probably lost too much blood at this point. If your body can only lose 5 pints of blood, and you get chopped in half... Logic? Tsunade is almost definitely going to die unless she gets her legs stuck back together. Anyway, A human can't survive being chopped in half, vital organs there or not.
