Aizen Bankai

was curious on what people thoughts are on aizen's bankai. I'm not sure he even has one/needs one with the power kyouka suigetsu in it's shikai form. I know a bankai is needed to reach captain level but anything he showed would have been a manifestation of kyouka suigetsu and not a true bankai. Thoughts....

I can't remember seeing his bankai actually. Did he ever show it?

Not sure on where to even begin.

I do know that its irrelevant in the end due to his shikai.

The powers of one shikai does not need to be a certain level a bankai can certainly increase your power and give variety to other forms of combat but aizen never needed improvement

especially in the end when it shattered since it was deemed no longer necessary

He would've needed it for the title of Captain, but then again, he could've just used his Shikai to cast an illusion and make it seem as if he had one.

Either way, Aizen with Bankai is haxxed. And since he's made his return, we'll be seeing it soon.

Yeah, that's it. My memories a little hazy since it was so long ago.

But I know for sure we'll see it soon, and it will be some sort of haxxed illusion technique like Izanami or Tsukiyoumi

he used kyoka suigetsu for an illusion , making them thinking he had a bankai when he probably didnt

he never revealed if he had one, let alone what it can/ could do.... i would like to think he has a bankai, mostly because it would be overkill if his shikai is that powerful.......

I kinda think Kubo intended for complete hypnosis to be Aizen's bankai ability and his shikai to be some weaker illusion like Shinji's. Also, zanpakuto named Suigetsu with bankai Kyouka Suigetsu sounds cool. But Kubo then decided it would not be badass enough if the main villain had to walk arround with his bankai constantly activated, so he made it his shikai.

i was thinking that all the real powerful zanpakto have more then one name like ryujin jakka, katen kyokotsu, kyouka suigetsu and sogyo no kotowari
