Hahaha he didn't gain it when he entered Sage Mode, he was already wearing it. ... But I know what you're talking about; the way it became magical in one of the movies, and Taka's robes being all magic.

I think Sasuke carries his stuff in seals. He knows how to carry shuriken in seals near his wrists. And he was keeping the robes in a seal.

Ever notice how nobody in Taka packs? They just have the clothes on their backs.

Sasuke's is always wearing his robe - it's just folded low and tied with the purple rope, so it looks a bit like a skirt. I assume same for Orochimaru. I don't know about the other two.
