They were already in the toilet financially anyway. At least their properties and studios got absorbed by big name companies, so we may see more darksiders and saints row installments in the future. Hope all those affected will end up ok

They made like Saints Row, mtv/ax or something series, WWE games, and stuff.

I think it's somewhat important because, despite not really knowing what other games they make , their logo is really memorable. I remember seeing it on my games alot.

No one bid for the Darksiders makers so it's gone. As for Saints Row, it was bought for $22M

best game that they made so far were darksiders 1/2 may ubisoft should buy em or whatever they could do a nice backup on Darksiders 3
