[Spoilers] Rock Lee is faster than Raikage?

In the latest chapter we saw Rock Lee attacking Madara with a kick. But to me, it also looked as if Madara could not block his kick or react anyhow to stop him. (See the following pages

In chapter 563, page 2 & 3, we see the Raikage attacking Madara, but there he was able to block his punch.

Now, is Lee really faster than the Raikage?
Or is it eventually thanks to the Kyuubi's Chakra?
On Page 13 of the new chapter, it also looks as if Gai was pushing Lee somehow.

Lee is incredibly fast, top 5 in speed. Though he'not faster than A, especially not being in his Gates Mode.
Plus, Lee got a boost from Guy if you didn't notice.

If Naruto who's pretty fast in base mode can be as fast as A with Kurama's chakra can you imagine how fast a speed demon like Lee would be in chakra mode, also he got a super boost from Guy who's also has a strength boost while in chakra mode. If you realized Lee only went as fast as FRS.

Another thing is Susanoo take more concentrate to use than Tobi's kamui which he uses out of sheer reflex and his concentration is being used on the Jubi. He's the only person to actual purposely damage Madara.

Am I the only one who seen Madara not giving two F's about lee's kick? He let lee kick him and regenerated his body like yeah ok cute kick try again stupid......but they weren't aim for obito and madara they were aimed for the the "cords" attached to juubi and them. Lee is fast but no raikage fast

....Naruto has the fastest reaction speed in SM and is fastest when he has -BM you forgetting when he deflected all the biju bombs? Evben kakashi tought it was minato lol.Read the manga again.

I've been watching Naruto since it came out and just Lee without opening the gates is fast as hell. Quit being clueless fanboy's and consider the damn facts. Lee was powered up by Naruto like the rest of them He is going above Himself but only because of Naruto's power take that away and He is back to Old Lee. He doesn't get to keep the power up for ever.

High? Explain why he wouldn't be faster than Raikage or KCM Naruto? Minato doesn't count as he teleports which isn't actual speed. Rock Lee and Guy with Gates + Kurama chakra = Breaking speed barrier. They would create sonic booms ever step they take, end of story. The gates alone is fast as shit, I would like to see Raikage summon a Daytime Tiger from a single punch, thats how fast Guy and Lee are -__-

base mode naruto was capable of keeping up with pain. /comment.

Base form he was able to stop Sasuke from stabbing Sakura from point blank range. Even Kakashi was impressed by his speed. Naruto base isn't super sonic but he's fast enough to keep up with super fast people.
