Shisui has K.A.
Itachi controls time & space in Tsukuyomi.
idk about izuna & madara(maybe susanoo with legs :shrug
.. and maybe these powers dont affect eyesight like amaterasu and co..

Eyesight loss comes with the use of the MS. Though it's possible that Senju DNA lessens the effect.

So while, yes, there are different MS techniques, they share a common disadvantage. Sasuke and Madara have gotten around it though.

Good. Shisui wasnt fortunate enough to awaken Susanoo.
Obviously, Obito couldnt unlock Susanoo because he doesnt have both eyes therefore could not awaken 2 technique.
Sasuke and Itachi are a special case though, they both share Amaterasu but Itachi is a GENJUTSU specialist so he awoken Tsukuyomi and Sasuke being that his chakra nature is Lightning and was born with an natural affinity to Fire, being an Uchiha, combine those affinities together and you get BLAZE RELEASE, therefore he awoken Enton. NOTE: ITACHI DOES NOT HAVE ENTON.

No, it's either his unique sharingan, or he doesn't use it nearly enough for him to be blind, maybe his eyesight has been badly affected though

kakashi use kamui 3 times on didra ,2 times on pain,1 on sasuke,6 times with obito ,warped hatachibi 2 times with kuarma chakara after all of that he has never suffer from his eyes
but sasuke use amatras 1on obito,2 times on kages,1 on danzu,1 on bee, he use tuskiymui 2 times with usage of susano
sasuke was always suffer from his eye and finally he was nearly blind
so kakashi won't be blind i don't know the reason but it'll appear on the manga

It could be just on how much strain on the eye the tech puts on the MS.

I believe Kamui is just a S/T tech that merely opens a portal to the Kamui dimension, not putting too much strain on the eye, where as Amaterasu puts so much strain that the eye starts bleeding.

Because of this strain, Itachi and Sasuke could only use Amaterasu a couple times. Not to mention, when Madara and Izuna had the MS, they didn't know the restraints of the Jutsu's they cast with it. We don't know how often they used the techs, nor how long Madara kept his active.

Well, each eye seems to have different powers they are capable of. How well they can use each technique is up to the user though. For instance, right now Sasuke has Itachi's eyes. He can use amaterasu better than Itachi ever could, while, as far as I can tell, Itachi is still way better than him at using tsukiyomi.

So basically whatever type of technique the user is best with.
