Mamoru Miyano is probably a more notable one in my books. It seems though like he does a lot more flamboyant characters in a sense. I mean just looking at that list, Okabe Rintaro, Masaomi Kida, Saruhiko Fushimi all have this sort of voice. Well they're the ones I know of who are more light hearted in a sense.

My personal favourite voice actor is Liam O'Brien who did a few english voices, notably Gaara from Naruto and Akihiko Sanada in Persona 3. Latter probably the only reason I like him.
Others I kinda like are Kenjirou Tsuda and Hidenobu Kiuchi. :3

I like Hayashibara Megumi; she has a great career behind her, but I remember two of her roles specially:
-As Kyoyama Anna (Shaman King).
-As Ayanami Rei (Evangelion franchise).
If I had to choose a male voice actor, I'd pick Fukuyama Jun. Again, he has had a great career behind him -including a role in Crayon Shin Chan-but I like his for his roles as:
-Okumura Yukio (Ao no exorcist)
-Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass).
Those two are the ones I like the most, but other voices I've liked are:
-Crona (Soul Eater, played by Sakamoto Maya).
-Suou Tamaki (Ouran High School Host Club, played by Miyano Mamoru)
-Sōryū Asuka Langley (Evangelion franchise, played by Miyamura Yuko)
-Ikari Shinji (Envangelion franchise, played by Ogata Megumi).
