Minata is a Prodigy being the youngest Hokage after 3rd he must and did have potential plus he was Hokage when Uchiha clan was alive

Shuisui also was a great nija with potential and to be respected by Itachi as older brother he must have susanoo along side the Kotoamstuki

Madara was using Susanoo and Gara dragged him out of it itself shows the fact he can break susanoo more over Tobirama was not a joke he did fought most Uchiha's so I don't think it will much of big deal to break one for him or Minato either......
we haven't seen much of Minato or tobirama or Shuisui but they were famous and feared for one or more reasons.....

agreed he did use sound genjutsu to stop Itachi and Sasuke from using it plus Mei Terumī also did the same in kage arc against sasuke......

As we know tsunade was the first charackter of all who break ribcage susanoo with her power alone
First with one punch she cracked it , than she destroyed completly with a kick
4 th Raikage coud only crack madaras ribcage susanoo a little bit with oonokis weightning jutsu
Mei coud just melt sasukes susanoo and it did nothing much to madaras susanoo
Narutos rasen shuriken did nothing against madaras susanoo but im sure with a other attack he coud break it
