It's very easy
1. obiti is attached to juubi so he can't use kamui
2. Been that the alliance are so close the range of destruction would to great and obito would be hit
3. Madara needs obito alive

They need to be attached from the juubi in order to tame or control him. If not, then juubi will go on a rampage and even madara and obito can't chase him.
