At the same time he quickly put you in a genjutsu where you see snakes crawling up your legs, Restricting your movements. The snakes crawl up your whole body restricting your movements even more. As It restrict your movements in the genjutsu it causes a strain on your body in the real world also leaving you restricted.. Soon As that genjutsu takes place Kidomaru send a Wind Essence Into the cloud. As it goes into the clouds, the sky starts to darking. Right After Kidomaru sends the essence into the sky he then do 1 handseal to cause A Large Earth Dragon to appear Appear from behind Him. As It appears from behind Him it quickly launches itself at you. The essence I sent in the cloud by now would now be travelling down towards you in a crazy F-5 Tornado Fashion. The tornado and Kidomaru earth dragon would more than likley hit at the same time due to the slowness of the forming of the tornado

With her opponent driving the lightning through the ground Maren can obviously expect an attack from below, given she is at long range this gives her time to watch and think before the lightning reaches her position, as its approaching Maren keeps her eyes on her opponent, as soon as he releases the lightning he releases four separate dragon heads of fire, two into the sky and two towards her (one above the other.), then as these are sent she hears crumbling in the earth around her and sees the earth on either side of her rise up out of the ground. It is now that she makes her move. Firstly Maren forms a huge wave of water beneath her feet, the wave carries her forwards slightly, the second she is past the edge of the earth she jumps off from the top of wave releasing herself from the danger of the lightning below.

Huh? How is it that the time it takes her to perform a no handsealed Earth Pillar of D Ranked the same exact time that it takes you to perform 5 handseals for EnS Dragon? She would be almost landing as it comes towards her and she then destroyed it. with the Lighting Mineralization tech.....

EDIT: You have Earth as a specialty....still would take awhile to reach her.

Though, which is not her fault because of the wording, I'm actually going to go to Scorps to have him change it. We found out recently that the name of the technique and what it does goes against what Wiki says. The Lightning tech pretty much requires the user to slam their hands onto the ground and cause a 360 lightning wave on the ground in all directions up to mid range from the user. It wouldnt be able to stop something that was airborne. Where the orbs and all of is stuff in the description came from I have no clue.


Ummmmm, I notice you sent 2 of the dragon flame heads into the sky...you are aware that this is not the proper technique to create Kirin right? You might want to get that confirmed that you can do that. Just because it has advanced heat doesnt guarantee that it will act the same as that technique, otherwise I could shoot Lava into the sky and produce a Kirin if I wanted to. I'll leave that up to an RP Mod though.

Uses EWC to lift herself off of the ground and rides it forwards a little bit towards you. It then picks up the lightning tendrils and she jumps off of it and adds another lightning boost towards it with WOI. It continues towards the Dragonhead flames, collides gets weakened and continues towards you.

The issue I see that Teno is talking about is the timing of your words. You calling out everything that happens at one time instead of dealing with everything that happens in order of its occurrence instead of calling it all out at once and then posting; can be confusing.

However I will tell Teno to post his move. Whether he wins or not truly depends on what he does and or does not do.

Just because it has advanced heat doesnt guarantee that it will act the same as that technique, otherwise I could shoot Lava into the sky and produce a Kirin if I wanted to. Uses EWC to lift herself off of the ground and rides it forwards a little bit towards you. It then picks up the lightning tendrils and she jumps off of it and adds another lightning boost towards it with WOI. It continues towards the Dragonhead flames, collides gets weakened and continues towards you.

The issue I see that Teno is talking about is the timing of your words. You calling out everything that happens at one time instead of dealing with everything that happens in order of its occurrence instead of calling it all out at once and then posting; can be confusing.

With her opponent driving the lightning through the ground Maren can obviously expect an attack from below, given she is at long range this gives her time to watch and think before the lightning reaches her position, as its approaching Maren keeps her eyes on her opponent, as soon as he releases the lightning he releases four separate dragon heads of fire, two into the sky and two towards her (one above the other.), then as these are sent she hears crumbling in the earth around her and sees the earth on either side of her rise up out of the ground. It is now that she makes her move. Firstly Maren forms a huge wave of water beneath her feet, the wave carries her forwards slightly, the second she is past the edge of the earth she jumps off from the top of wave releasing herself from the danger of the lightning below.

Once I see you ride the water wave a tad bit forward. (All my moves are done and you done one of your moves) I then Cause a Giant Earth Pillar to rise From the ground beneath you as you ride the water wave. Due to you not being on the ground at that moment, the earth pillar would come as a surprise to you, Not only that but due to the huge size of the earth pillar it would still pierce your body if you happened to jump off the water before it emerged while you was on the wave. (Meaning.. You on the wave or you JUST jumping off the wave. The water would still be crushed in between the two slabs of earth and it would appear that Maren had been crushed by it as well, when she is in fact moving at an extremely fast speed towards your location as you are on the fifth handseal of Chidori. When you reach the ninth handseal for your chidori Maren (having drawn her dagger whilst moving) swipes her blade (held in her right hand) through your left knee cap leaving an extremely deep slice as the momentum from her movement gives enough force to allow her to drive the blade through your bone. In what seems like no time you have your second wound as Maren spins and brings her dagger round your body digging into your right kidney causing severe internal bleeding and excruciating pain. Still with her speed at it's pinnacle Maren removes the dagger from your kidney and rolls it across your throat, severing your wind pipe and cutting of the flow of air from your lungs, unable to breath her opponents limp body drops to the ground. (This all happens as one fluid movement, the attack starting and finishing before you even register the pain from the first blow). Maren then takes three steps back before her speed boost wears off. (Just about Mid range)

(Hayatōn: Mueishō) – Swift Release: Shadowless Flight

1. No It would not. My mountain Smash would NOT happen at the same time.. as my earth pillar. You supposdley "Dodged" My earth mountain smash the last go around. With moving up "slightly" with the water... Now your contradicting what your saying. If thats what you go by then your dead on ur last move since you never avoided the mountain smash

2. Read the description for the Chidori (If Mastered Lightning Can do it with the Ox Handseal) And Even if i had to do it.. Its Kidomaru 2nd Specialty. 10handseals in 3 seconds.. You pretty much just announced your death with the bolded part. Seeing As you would "Hit Me" As I go into the 9th handseal would mean .. I would have struck you with my Kirin Already before you made your move

You also can't continue using swift the way you did. Once you make it to your position and stop moving your legs to hit him with the sword you have to use swift again so at the point where you first hit him with the sword the first use of swift is over.

I've had swift for a long time now, if you check iwa somewhere there should be a thread (sure you can find someone inside iwa to linkidy lack it to you [might also be another thread somewhere else I believe I was attacking Takigakure once and was told I used swift improperly and was using it to much the same extent as you I'll look and link it as proof in a bit if I can find it]) where I used swift to much the same extent you did and was told it was wrong and that you can't actually attack from multiple angles as it's multiple uses of the swift jutsu to move from spot to spot (believe I used Triple Dynamic entry but the premise still stands.)

Also saying you waited for him to perform 5 hand seals means Kirin is already coming at you. As you can read from the tech, only space time can avoid kirin meaning you're hit by it. Swift isn't as fast as one would think, it's been nerfed a lot in the past year and basically anyone who mastered taijutsu can form rudimentary counters for the speed. Another thing, Swift doesn't increase your arm movement speed, well Shadowless Flight that is, it only increases your run speed thus saying you move your arm at a fast pace due to the speed up is invalid as it doesn't increase arm movement or the ability to perform hand seals.

That's why Professor Sarutobi has a custom jutsu that does that called "Swift Reflexes" and I have "Pegasus Meteor Fist" because Shadowless Flight doesn't increase arm movement speed, hence the jutsu for that specific aspect of swift.

You were traveling at him as he was supposed to be making the fifth hand seal (but he only needed one) so he has already formed the Chidori and has it to the sky when you begin traveling towards him. The actual formation of Chidori (after needed handseal/s are performed) takes roughly 2 - 3 seconds. Which is faster Swift, or Kirin?

I say Kirin o_o but eh, up to a mod (or sensei) to decide that.

Understandable and I've been told multiple times by different mods about improper use of swift (sometimes it's even contradictory) but as it stands right now it's a straight line tech that can only be used to move in one direction if you want to change directions you have to use it again. It doesn't increase hand seal or arm movement speed only boosting run speed. A lot like with weights and Rock Lee, you have to slow down to actually attack with Swift Release: Shadowless Flight (in our rp).

Edit: Also you said you reached him at the Ninth Hand seal, you were moving towards him on the Fifth. Again he mastered Raiton so he only needs one hand seal, so the time he would need to actually perform the extra hand seals you counted would be used sending Kirin at you.
