Things I like/look for in a girl:

Intelligence - She should be able to carry a good conversation and have something interesting to say.

Humor - Not just laughing at my stupid jokes, but she should have her own sense of humor and not be afraid to laugh at herself... or me...

Style - She should have her own sense of style and be confident in that. Maybe the way she dresses or does her hair... idk... she should just be herself.

Chillability - Needs to be able to just sit back and spend some chill time w/me.

But femininity is really essential for me in both looks and behaviour. If a girl lacks that, she automatically becomes not attractive for me. =]
