Tobirama must've been one hell of an opponent with what we do know of him, I've always felt as though given his unique skill set, that he must be top 10 material, knowing that he's as obsessive in his goals as characters such as Rock and Gai only reiterate the point that Tobirama is not to be taken lightly.
