I wasn’t talking about how Naruto Lost the match but How Advanced Konohamaru is for a Genin. He already knows how to produce a Rasengan, something that took Naruto a while to learn and his over all battling style, he also an Sarutobi (A powerful clan)

It took Naruto a month or less to learn it. His clan isn't powerful. The only 2 good ninjas from that clan are Asuma and Hiruzen

Naruto is the fastest learner of Rasengan known. Sarutobi a powerful clan.. But is easily dominated by the Hyuuga, the leaf's strongest clan. Konohamaru was trained from the start, Naruto however learned mostly on his own, till he met Kakashi. He really is not that advanced for a Genin.

If you talking about kid Neji then Konohamaru would win. He just like Naruto he never give up and always try to find a way to win. He knew more moves then Naruto when he was a kid. There no way Konohamaru now is not as strong as kid neji. He was able to hit Naruto even in the competition. I think Neji as a kid would lose in a battling with Konohamaru now just like how he lost to Naruto. Konohamaru has become stronger ninja then how Naruto was it just that Naruto was more creative with his move. Konohamaru does have the potential of surpassing Naruto when he get older.

If he is lucky, he gets SM but he will not surpass Naruto. Naruto is the strongest. Kono also doesn't have that perfect control over Kurama's chakra and didn't perfectly team up with him. I doubt Kono will become a jinchuriki.

Naruto has mastered rasenshurken, sage mode, BM, is a jinchuriki, has infinite chakara, and is leading EVERY shinobi in the world in a fight against the Juubi........AND HE IS STILL A GENIN.
