Looks: Hei is a young man, with black hair and dark blue eyes. When off duty, Hei can be seen in the casual attire. When operating on Missions, however, Hei wears a black trench coat with green trim. under the coat is a standard Anbu Uniform, full of supplies. To complete his look, he also wears a white mask that cover his face. The mask has a purple "bolt" that crosses his right eye and a plain look to it. Under the coat he has a Vest Weight that he can take off to increase his speed It is filled with a array of weapons ranging from needles to combat knives and wires.

Personality: Hei, is an unexpectedly softhearted, kindly individual who is quick to give compliments but loath to accept them. He appears to care very little for his own well-being, much less his dignity, and is therefore often put in situations that give him the impression of being goofy or eccentric. He is Slow to anger and apparently a bit of a pacifist, Hei would much rather talk out disputes than fight, frequently doing so even while he himself is under vicious attack. Chief among his personality traits appears to be his hopeless romanticism, given his propensity for spouting sappy lines about his love for an unknown women, his readiness to weep openly over her and his charming treatment of women in general. Hei lacks the ambition of others, clearly content to take his time dealing with things that do not demand urgency.

Background Info.
History:

Pre-Birth Arc: Temi and Kodai where skilled Kumogakure Shinobi, gifted in the arts of Taijutsu. Despite their excellent skill, they did not like to fight, often avoiding conflict. Being Jounin in a time of war, they found themselves on the front lines in a war zone. Kodai was badly injured losing an leg in a fight against a squad of Kirigakure ninja. soon after, Kumogakure gave orders to retreat, Temi could not find it in herself to leave her love dying on the battlefield. She devised a plan, dressing both Kodai and herself in Kirigakure uniforms, which she took from dead ninja that laid wast across the landscape. then when the Kirigakure Ninja seeped the battlefield. they where found, and taken back to Kirigakure. they found themselves living a new life. Years passed and Temi and Kodai settled down, having a Kid, that they named Hei. It was not long after Hei's birth that Temi and Kodai's secret was discovered. that they are Missing-Nin from Kumogakure. They where executed and Hei was put in an orphanage.

Childhood Arc: Hei was raised in an Kirigakure orphanage. not knowing his parents, he felt abandon and unwanted. One day a test was issued to all the orphans in his age group, to see if anyone had skill in the arts of Ninjutsu. Hei was excited about the test, knowing that becoming a ninja will get him out of the orphanage, but he knows nothing about Ninjutsu so he was scared of the outcome. To his surprise, he passed the test, and begun classes at the ninja academy. with excellent skill in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, Hei accelerated to Chuunin within the year.

Kumogakure Arc: Years passed and Hei found himself a Jounin before he could believe it. being on countless missions and becoming a well known name within kirigakure, because of his advanced form in the silent killing method he became known as "Silent Mist". One day, Hei was assigned a mission to the village of Kumogakure as an escort for some sells men. upon arrival to the village, he met an old lady that became fixated with him, constantly saying that Hei reminded her of Tami, her daughter lost at war. She asked Hei to hold a special piece of paper and focus chakra into it. the paper became set a blaze. it was then she knew that Hei was a Member of her blood line strong in the ways of Fire Release. Before Hei left, the old lady gave him a scroll. Hei left not knowing where he came from, or if it was even possible for him parents to have been from Kumogakure. he became fixated on his parents[/JUTSU]

Missing Nin Arc It is unknown what happened when Hei returned to kirigakure, it is known that he broke into the Anbu headquarters and stole information about the pass war as he fled the village. Hei found himself running off a cliff side and being smashed against rocks, blacking out. he awoke in a cave, hearing voices he ran outside to find himself face to face with a Giant Eel. Hei trained with the eels for many years, never leaving the cove that he found to be his new home, he mastered the arts of Katon thanks to the scroll the old lady gave to him, so many years ago. With his new found incite, Hei became a hired assassin, with his form of Silent killing and Eel summon he took on a new Nickname, "The Silent Serpent"

Tournament Arc Over time, Hei went back to his roots in Kumogakure. Hei took over his family's estate and started his own store. Hei from time to time would take up Assassination requests from the Raikage. Over time Hei's shop closed down and Hei became broke. To gain some money Hei join in a local Tournament. It was Here that Hei won first place and was gifted with Sound Release and the Curse Mark of Heaven.

Hei is naturally gifted in the uses of Katon, after many years in the practice of the two elements, Hei has managed to use them faster and with a single handseals.

The first state of Hei's curse mark is rather simple, Random lines of "Jagged" shaped marking will spread out around his body. The Second state of his Curse Seal is rather unique. When activated, the cursed seal grants him enhanced speed, strength, durability and chakra. However, it corrupts both his body and his mind, giving Hei a darker personality and making him vulnerable to evil influence. After training with Nexus, Hei enhanced his Cursed Seal to The second level this cursed state turned Hei's skin dark grey, his eyes yellow, and causes his hair to completely shed, Dark-Green venom lipstick appears on his lips with gills on his neck that allow him to breath under water. The most drastic changes happen to his body. It slightly changes shape and size, being slightly larger and looking more like an Eel, Hei almost appears to take on the looks of Kisame when fused with "Shark-Skin". Hei will grow a tail that has the looks of an Eels, and two retractable Fins on his back that closely resembles Bat wings. These fins give him the ability to easily move around underwater with fast speed (Same as if he was on land) and the ability to fly and hover. In this form, not only were his physical attributes further increased, but his techniques are also enhanced by the Cursed Seal's dark chakra.
