As Barney sees the unconscious body, he immediately takes him to a room and places him onto a bed. Before running to a doctor he placed his hands over the body and channels his chakra, willing it to find any possible damage. As the chakra returns with precious information Barney's diagnosis is that the body sustained a strong punch into the face, probably what knocked him out and several burns over the body although not severe. With the information he heads to find a doctor to treat the young shinobi.
