Reason for injury: Jokey awakened my Sharingan
Description of Injury I received a cupple of punches and kicks at my upper body and an ellbow blow to my head, a stab wound in my shoulder and a water bullet that blew me into a wall. I'd guess a concussion plus bruises and probably broken bones (ribs) and a stab wound. Maybe some injured organs.
Location: Whole body -ish
Severity: Might be pretty sever.

Giovanni approaches the injured person with a white doctor mantle. He undresses the patient, assesing the damage and reviewing all injuries. He then takes a nurse pad and writes down his report.

Multiple bruises and fractures in the area of the upper body, stab wound (probably kunai) to the shoulder. Great amount of damage done to the torso, probably a blunt attack, needs to be taken care of immediately. Probably a concussion too, since a wound is present on the back of his head.

Giovanni leaves his report at the counter by the patients bed and leaves to attend to other patients.
