OK, so I'm of the chuunin rank, and recently had my custom bio approved. But I can't find anyone with the time to train me. I sent out multiple VMs and PMs, but honestly, I'm losing faith. Noob question, but am I doing something wrong? Is there a special place for beginners to go to receive training, or do I just keep going thru the sensai list hoping to strike gold?

You just have to keep looking. There's also senpai's and they can train you in any of the basic 5 (Fire, wind, water, earth and lightning).
