If ur someone like gaara A naruto 3rd raikage etc u can stop EMS abilities easily ...

I think EMS has more upside. There's more it CAN be capable of. While with Rinnegan there is a set amount of skills you get from the moves of the 6 paths. With EMS there seems to be a lot that we don't know yet, and also the powers are different based on the user. Imagine an EMS user who has a perfect susano, coated in Enton, and can kamui.

He didn't switched at all, we've saw madara using susanoo without switching rinne from EMS, we know also that EMS evolves to the Rinnegan, idk but i do think that a fully mastered rinnegan may have SOME EMS and Sharingan features

6 paths abilities, 5 elements(6 if you count that other one), quick mastery of the techniques at your disposal, Creation of all things, and enables you to create other techniques and perhaps use any non-KG(excluding Uchiha and Senju) technique available if you happen to learn them.

Though technically, Rinnegan is the evolved form of the EMS so Rinnegan would give you both.

For me I would want the EMS but i would want to be like Itachi With his EMS powers so he would be invincible cause of the yata mirror and totsuka blade quoted by Zetsu
