Well this is a special kind of battle we will be falling from the height of let's say ten thousand feet in the air, we are magically unaffected by the air, the only problem is when we look down to the earth the wind will cause us to loose sight for 1 turn. And it takes 13 posts to reach the ground which is made of indestructible material, so if we hit the ground we die.

As we both fall from the plane and it explodes(Hollywood Style ) I decide it is best to kill you so that you don't report my terrorist attack on the plane.
As we begin to descend to the ground I exploit the air and humidity from the height and create two ice disks, one ice disk is created directly beneath my feet, the other is created and is sent towards your direction, it will hit you directly in the head.
As I stand on my ice disk, I change the characteristics of it making it sticky, this prevents me from falling of the disk.
As I do that I cause the disk to move so that my body is parallel to the far far away ground. Once I do so I focus chakra in my mouth and expel several ice darts are aimed to hit you gut, neck, and shoulders. As I do so I am moving closer to you through the usage of the ice disk, furthermore my right hand is on the sword located at my left hip.

As soon as the ice begins to form I quickly generate lightning within my body charging up the lightning so that it may enhance further lightning attacks.At this time the ice would be sent towards me so I counter my spinning using the wind to increase my speed and generate lightning around me which forms a dragon which destroys the lightning upon contact and also the head of the lightning dragon charging towards you.

I then trap you in a Genjutsu which makes you see nothing but darkness.This could easily be seen as you being knocked out due to either the lightning hitting you or being knocked out due to the altitude.

As the dragon head rages towards me I perform a quick series of hand seals(note that wind is second affinity) and inhale a portion of the air, I then swiftly exhale the wind in the form of blades of wind, this is done while I move my head from left to right to up to down, the wind blades will collide with your lightning dragon's head and overpower it, thus continuing towards you.*
