Can any you guys crop this image so it only shows the face and maybe a little of the neck? Also can you resize the cropped image to 150x200? If not. That's fine.

Also if you can, can you add some simple special effects to it. If not that's fine as well

Copy the URL and paste on tinypic. Then once you have it on tinypic just copy and paste from there to here. Sorry for not explaining good
