The dislike thing didn't help at all, as people were liking troll threads. Just report them as that is the way mods find out about troll threads.

And how does disliking get them banned faster? In a way, the dislike feature would please the trolls and make them troll more because they enjoy seeing the Base upset. The dislike button just makes it easier for them to see the results of their work.

The dislike button hides the ignorance of which the troll has done, the users of NB can choose to view the post, however the dislike feature blocked it out if 10 dislikes (I believe) were implemented onto the OP. Originally Posted by rikerslade

Why didn't you put this in the Questions and Suggestions section where Mods and Admins are visiting regularly, but anyways it's a valid point you have there although the report button can do that job fine with no concern.
