Well Orochimaru can't use Edo Tensei anymore, because the initial binding of a summoned Edo requires the hand seals Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands and Oro's hands are trapped in the Shiki Fuujin, so it's either he teaches Sasuke the preparation and hand signs required to use Edo Tensei or he possess Sasuke's body himself to perform the ritual, assuming that the Scroll really is Edo Tensei that is.

As for Izuna, one of Sasuke's question was "What is a village?" well Izuna died before the founding of the Shinobi Villages.

And for Hiruzen, his soul is trapped inside Shiki Fuujin along with Oro's arms.
