Why are some people obsessed with seeing Izuna?

I don't understand this at all....why are people so interested in a dead Uchiha who's only purpose was to give his brother the EMS?
Yes he may have been noble like Itachi and offered his eyes, or he may have been forced into giving them up by his older brother.....

But in any case, he is dead, long dead. What is the reason behind this obsession? Please explain it to me....

Still not caught up in episodes yet and since ive been working not much time for anime atm since i play MH3 every spare second i get but Sakura's parents have never done anything to really warrent a reason to see them though I'm sure if you play "where's Waldo" in the Funeral episode of the 3rd Hokage you might find them.

With that logic then let's raise Naruto's parents from the dead, his dad is Bad@$$ and if you didn't bring his mom back then it would be a little disappointing.

I'm kidding of course, the only reason to bring someone back from the dead is to either do a massive revelation, or a new villian and since Izuna is weaker than his brother then he wouldn't be strong enough to be worthy.

Well first off, Madara killed his brother and stole his eyes. Secondly, it was said that he was almost as strong as Madara... So I guess people want to see his strength since he was one of the most powerful in his clan.
