SM naruto is beast cause naruto had hard work in training, SM is 1000 times stronger then Sasuke can ever be, Kakashi even said without the 9 tails his chakra would be 100 times more then his own, so naruto has far more chakra then Sasuke. naruto abilities would be stronger cause of SM, but Sasuke can only use chidori like once or twice as Kakashi said but with his sharingan he was able to do more but if no sharingan that would drop. and he can't see naruto moves or be able to dodge his (shadowclones) because he can't see all of them at once without it. but naruto SM would be stronger without 9 tails. so naruto would win, Sasuke vs Minato lol that's over kill Minato know to many jutsu, he's faster far more intelligent he can out match him in skills everything Sasuke is Minato is better at it. even with amaterasu, susanno he still wouldn't win cause he'll never hit Minato he can teloport instantly, not only that Sasuke can only use his abilities so many times before his eyes start acting up. so Minato wins.

Lets get one thing straight for all you sasuke fanboys... sasuke is a fodder without sharingan. I don't care how much of a genius he is. He has no skill set without his eyes so taking his eyes away makes him a complete fodder. Shikamaru is a genius but only can perform one jutsu and he is a fodder as well. People need to cool it, and think this through. Sasuke was a prodigy before he even awakened his Sharingen, meaning, he would just excel on the arsenal he has, without a doubt. To think that without sharingan, Sasuke is reduced to a common-retard is extreme fanboyism. If Minato can develop something, so can Sasuke.

In fact if anyone from the current generation has what it takes to develop and imporve upon jutsus indefinitely and exponentially, it's Sasuke. I don't know about Sasuke being above Mintao's level without his Sharingen, but at his age - add a few years on him - and with his past record, he will be without a shadow of a doubt, at his level.

As far as Naruto is concerned, then Naruto has only now bridged the gap - whether he has excelled Sasuke or not is debatable - when it's obvious that till MS level he was inferior, a fact he himself admitted. Like I said, take everything into consideration. Without Sharingen, Sasuke would develop very differently.
