How does them saying her being strong and beautiful say she better than mei ? IMO In the right enviorment like were mei fought sasuke mei will demolish tsunade ... you can heal from lava release .. and if tsunade and mei switched kages they be sayin more about mei than tsunade ..

As the most powerful kunoichi, she is above Mei.
Yes, under the right circumstances even Hashirama would lose to Mei, but more times than not Tsunade would overcome Mei.
