What do you mean multiple? Multiple to me means 3-4.

To me, it means more than one. Basically a person who often gives spoilers has said that TOWKE is more than one person.

All human DNA is 99% identical, so 99% Yamato = Hashirama, 4 people = 4 previous hokage. I don't think so.

Anyways I go with the former Kages, including Sarutobi. Oro is around so he might know how to unseal everybody.

I'm going with Sasuke's parents, I don't think Oro has a method of unsealing someone/something from the RDS.

my bad, how could it be Yamato? He's still chillin' with Hashi-plant in Obito's hideout. Sasuke & Oro are near Konoha

Whatever it is or WHOEVER it is can defeat Edo Madara since Edo Madara is a part of the war.
