Imagine a ninja with complete control of the kyuubi, Shikamaru's strategist skills, Raikages speed and strength, the Rinnegan-Byakugan-Sharingan(dont know how but hey it would be awesom),Hashirama's Wood Release, Ability to open all eight gates,Mastery of all tpes of jutsu tai/gen/sen/nin,Rasengan with all five elements, and Sage Mode

that would be sweet.. but most of that stuffs impossible and theres only one person in all of the fire country who has enogh chakra to do that... Not that I'm trying to be biased, just saying

Ems in one eye and Rinnegan in another with Naruto's chakra amounts and willpower would be enough to solely dominate the ninja world. I mean if Naruto learned RS in a week or so... he could master all the Rinnegan jutsus in half a year.

What you listed is just ridiculous because such ninja could destroy the whole world with one jutsu. E.g Kyyubi powered Shinra Tensei. Anyone who would face that ninja would be instantly caught and killed by Tsykuomi or Smashed by "insert a jutsu". Moreover, noone would be able to touch him, because he would have an ability to dematerialise his body
