[Theory] naruto's petential power.

hey everybody,

It's been a while but i got another theory. it has to do with what madara said in these last few manga. But starts much earlier, while itachi was still alive. so let me know what you think and i hope you have fun reading, but also know that this is pure conjecture and i have no actual knowledge about what is going to happen so this is no spoiler.

In manga 403 page 8 we see that itachi shoves a crow down naruto's throat. Then claims that he has given some of his power to naruto. this has been bugging me for some time now but i now feel that it fits together with all of the new things that madara has said. toshe things being that the sage of the six paths had sons (or at least people that he transfered his power to) one being his "eyes" and the other his "body". and that these two people eventually formed the uchiha and the senju clans.

Here's the fun part. if naruto is a member of the senju clan and has the "body" and itachi gave naruto some of his power being the "eye", how close to the sage of the six paths is naruto? can he awaken the rinnegan? or just the sharringan? or neither? if naruto can awaken the sharingan what more can he do with the "body" that the uchiha can't?

I think that naruto will be able to awaken the sharingan. and since he would then have the "eyes" and the "body" the "heart" and the "might" that he will be able to unlock some crazy new stuffs that will rock the house when he fights sauske and eventually (i think) madara.

Good theory, but i don't really think that Naruto will get the sharingan or the rinnegan...

Why would you say that? Why not?

We know that Itachi was Uchihan born with a Dojutsu. We also know that Naruto was not born with a Dojutsu but was made the host of the Kyuubi. If the powers of the Uchahas are their eyes (I can’t see this being anything else) than why would Itachi give this to Naruto? For someone to get the Sharingan you would either need to be born into the Uchiha family or have their eyes implanted into your non-Uchihan body (such as Kakashi and Danzo). What if there was another way that hasn’t been revealed to us yet in the manga, but was something known to the Uchihas? Itachi was Madara’s student and must have learned a lot about their jutsus and history from his sensei. The jutsu that Itachi performed on Naruto could make a type of Sharingan appear in Naruto’s eyes. It could be time released like when Sucksuke’s eyes created the Amaterasu after seeing Madara’s Sharingan. Itachi would know that a non-Uchiha with the Sharingan would be significantly drained of their chakra if used. Since the Kyuubi is sealed within Naruto, Itachi believed that Naruto would have sufficient chakra reserve to use the Sharingan, but only as a last resort to stop Sucksuke if it was needed. Itachi knew from the way Naruto spoke to him that he cared a great deal for his brother and only under those conditions would he have granted him a bit of his power. Also if this power is the power of a Sharingan than if Naruto somehow used the Kyuubi’s chakra (which he doesn’t want to use, unless something brought it out – case in point Hinata being stabbed by Pain) than he can counter Sucksuke’s suppression of the Nine-tails.

I would think its something different than a sharingan. By the way Itachi delivered the line after giving him a bit of his power:
"...I hope the day never comes when you have to use it."

I would think it is something that could counter the sharingan or an aspect of it in some way or manner.

It is possible. Someone here said that a sharingan can be obtained by implant or heritage. But if you think that Itachi passed MS and MS Techs to Sasuke who says same can't be done with normal Sharingan? But still i think it is unlikely. I am more inclined to think that Itachi gave Naruto a way to neutralize Sasukes MS. But we shall wait and see. Nice theory tough.
