He might be a powerful zoan, since he is the king of a zoan army and all it makes sense.

30% is actually quite big considering we're talking about taking down an Emperor. I mean that's almost having a 1/3 shot on succeeding .-.

Well it would be weird if they haven't gotten at least one new admiral. Even though there isn't a specific law that says there have to be a certain amount of admirals at any given time (as far as I know, though I think this got once confirmed), it would be odd if they went from 3 admirals to just 1. So there should be at least one new admiral.

if i remember corretly, wasn't it stated that those 3 were first to become Admirals? i think there were never Admirals before or something like that was pointed out, maybe i am wrong

The scene with kids leaving was ok to me nothing special. The end of chapter was boss, Law once again laying down the Law and it's official Doflamingo is Law's ***** . More then likely Doflamingo is going to quick his position and hunt down Law.

Doflamingo doesn't really seem the guy to succumb to blackmailing, however currently he really is in a pickle. I'm truly wondering how he is going to react.

He's one of the Emperors. If he was higher than the others, he would have taken them down long ago. The difference is probably just his personality, which is according to Law quite unreasonable and thus similar to Big Mum while someone like Shanks has quite the laid-back personality.

I believe Doflamingo feared Kaido's big army which he was responsible for making even stronger.
I think Doflamingo himself is Admiral-level.
