Kotoamatsukami's Effect on Sasuke

What exactly would have Kotoamatsukami done to Sasuke if Shisui's eye (via Itachi's crow) had activated in response to Itachi's Mangekyō (through Sasuke's transplant) on Naruto in their inevitable fight? Was this ever specificially answered in manga? The "protect Konoha" order was quite vague and doesn't really explain anything in detail. Kotoamatsukami simply overwrote Kabuto's control of Itachi's Edo Tensai. I get that. I just don't know what exactly would have happened to Sasuke if he was on the receiving end. Since it was all "programmed" by Itachi, we must think of it as what would Itachi have done to Sasuke in that scenario.

Dunno, just doesn't seem like Itachi would do that. I think he would have debilitated Sasuke but not enslave his will. Make him go blind permanently without option of implant - something like that.

Does that explain it? Although there was only one jutsu in it reserved for Sasuke and Shisui has no more eyes now.

I know there is only one go at Kotoamatsukami through Itachi's crow. I am only speculating on what exactly "protect Konoha" would have done to Sasuke...suicide, suddenly rip out his eyes, give everyone hugs and dance in circles, etc. :D

Looking at Danzo who had the other eye, I would say "do whatever the bearer of the eye says"

suicide wouldn't have happened. I mean Itachi used it on himself and it changed him and makes no mention of edo itachi trying to kill himself.
