Looks: She is five foot and eleven inches, she has frost bite fair skin, her hair is the color of snow was long and reached her waist and her eyes were reptile like however if you looked hard enough you could see an innocent look in them. She wore a white kimono with cherry blossom designs, she wore a sky blue sash around it, she always was barefoot, and her figure was like a goddess. She was very graceful too.

Personality: She was born mature for her age, she always had an aloof and an apathetic expression on her face, she has leader like qualities where as; she has composed expressions even during hard times. It's like she was born without emotions. She's naive of many things(like sai)

Background Info.
History: twenty years ago a couple who were on their way back to the leaf from a mission found it to be an infant, securing it in a blanket they rushed towards the hokage tower.

Sarutobi Hiruzen was sitting deep in thought about the baby "You two shall take care of her, her name shall be Tomo Kusakabe, understood Meiko Kusakabe and Kyo Kusakabe.
The couple nodded as they bowed and left.

Her life was spent behind the walls of Konoha, forbidden to ever leave. She spent her childhood reading books having to do with taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu. She would watch the others playing with a round object, which she later identified as a ball and saw their smiles as they looked at one another, laughing. She never experienced those emotions not even; fear, surprise, anger, sadness not a single emotion. She didn't understand what it was like to have emotions.
For that she was shunned and feared; they thought of her as a monster.

During her years in the academy and before, she spent her free time and lunch studying or practicing;

when she was resting after a rough day, she would watch birds flying, clouds floating in the sky and butterflies chasing one another, she thought of it as calm and serene

She became a genin at the age of eight;
