dude where did he learn to release Edo tensei? He does maybe know the seal but first he has to take control of Oro and make him do it. Besides he has no clue that he needs to do that in order to undo the jutsu.

1. That was before he had the Edo
2. He was in bed and sick
3. He didn't know Itachi had totsuka

I think Sasuke is expecting things not to be that easy, but probably he has something up to his sleeve. I mean, he knows tricks about Oro, he lived with him for 2 and a half years...He surely researched something on how to have the upper hand over Orochimaru.
