If you are saying that kabuto is better than oro yes id totally agree, he perfected dragon sage mode and oro couldn't... kabuto had many more edos all extremely powerful shinobis. Kabuto took on both uchias susanoos and still had the upper hand...oro got foddered by itachi

I think oro is prob strongest Sannin overall and top 5-8 range. Rock lee didn't win but it was still an impressive feat that showcases how kurama chakra trumps edo tenseis no matter who it is
