His clothing normaly consists of a blue jacket or vest, white pants, black or brown boots and most of the time... gloves. Also, his eyes are blue.


Personality:
Richter is a very loyal, kind, gentle, brave and courageous man. He also is quite religious, but is respective towards the religion of others aswell. The Devil in Blue is also very protective of his family especially his father, Juste and his late girlfriend's sister, Maria.

History:

Richter grew up in Amegakure with his father, Juste and his mother, Lydie. He grew up peacefully like any normal child. Until his mother grew ill and eventually died from sickness when he was 11. After her death, Juste decided that he was going to train Richter. At this time, Richter was already a genin. Richter endured hard training sessions with his father, whom was a very powerful ninja, and had a few very unique jutsu's that's secret was sought by many. When Richter turned 14 he met a girl named Annette, who had a little sister named maria. She wasn't a shinobi, but that didn't stop her from being a strong willed woman. But on one starless night, 2 years later, she and her sister were abducted by Kumogakure ninja. They were taken for info about Juste's jutsu. Richter, who was now a jounin. Was sent to rescue them along with a 2 man team. But by they time they arived to rescue them, Annette was killed by an angry member of the Kumo Intel Division. Richter, filled with rage slaughtered the man and saved Maria, whom had not met the same fate as her sister. After returning to Ame, Maria came to live with Richter and Juste, for she had nowhere else to go. But now 3 years after the abduction, they still live happy lives, as for Richter, he now strives to become as strong as possible, to protect his loved ones. One day on a mission he met a man from Sunagakure, he was a very smart man. But for some odd reason, he didn't wear socks or shoes. Richter and this man became great friends after numerous encounters with one another. He asked the man many times what his name was, but everytime the man gave him the same answer... "L" . He could not bare the sight of the rain anymore, it brought back the memorys that haunted him so. So soon Richter decided to leave Ame. He left Maria with Juste and set off to find a new home; Hopefully, one a little less wet.
