No traces of DNA to be found, according to Kabuto. I think Kabuto was hinting to Obito when he said that, as Obito retrieved Shisui's crushed eye from Danzo, but Obito told him not to push his luck.

resurrected people are in the same shape they had when they died....shisui died after he gave away both eyes...so he would be blind. itachis eyes were transplanted after he died..

maybe the dna was extracted from madara before he died... with the full DNA... DNA wouldn't be 100% without everything that goes with it.. in this case.. the eyes... if these eyes were missing the DNA wouldn't be 100%... and that's how we have young madara instead of old madara... maybe you can take DNA through the ages as well and resurect anyone at any age... in this case... there prime... and that would explain why we have young madara instead of old crusty madara that saved obito... Most likely he would come back with his eyes itachi had his eyes transplanted and was returned with both
