Think of all the possibilities. One way or the other. Moria will be back. His role in the war of who I would call "StrawHearts" against Doflamingo and Kaidou will be very important.

personally I can't imagine him teaming up with either, or posing a threat to either tbh. although i'm sure he will attempt to sabotage both from the shadows

to think that both Doflamingo and Kaidou trashed Moria, he might get his ultimate revenge on them. I can see him being an ally to the straw hats. he fought Kaidou before afterall, so he must know something about his weak points or whatsoever

If someone was as much rational as Mr. 3, he can be useful.

so why not? Despite of how much bad blood between him and Luffy. He might try one way or the other to help Luffy. Just like how Crocodile helped Luffy.

The switch of enemy and ally comes really hard for a mind to accept. Moria fears Kaidou and Doflamingo more than Luffy. That's what I think.
