      Natural skill to learn the Rasengan? Minato, Jiraiya, and Kakashi are all able to perform it properly with the use of a single hand, Naruto requires both hands of his clone to perform a perfect rasengan.       i think that he was able to go faster than the raikage because his dads chakra he left in naruto and when he controled the 9 tails he looked like a yellow flash but its my opinion
