[Question] Among Village Tourney

As nexus stated in this thread: http://narutobase.net/forums/showthread.php?t=151920 there is/was supposed to be a tourney among the winners of village tourneys, that could gain a possible RP perk of some sort for the whole village. My question is, when is this going to happen, and how are we going to organize it?

Pretty sure that I remember Nexus saying that someone has to have won 2 tournaments from villages in order for the tournament to be organized. Though it might have changed now?

@kryptiic That'd be interesting, and yet implausible, in that people often leave villages, and thus can't gain the same medal, quite as easily. I feel that, an deciding tourney be made, that holds no actual prizes but entry into the among village tourney for a good RP perk, and the village wide one.

I don't think it had to be the same village medal or tourney, just win two village tourneys. The way I would do it is have to village select maybe 3 people to each go in and fight, give or take depending on the situation.

Yea, that actually sounds better. Then perhaps a restriction such as they can't possess any of the RP perks for oneself. That way, its not just a nuke fest from more OP members?

We should host inter-village tourneys for the more powerful abilities. I just don't agree with Sound, Kinjutsu, EIG, CM2, and various other "OPed" abilities being available to only a village. Though, I'm more for Scorps idea on prize distribution though..

I cant remember exactly, but something such as the more OPed abilities being banned from village tourneys to ensure they system isn't being abused.
