Hiruko at his Childhood is characterised as shy, thoughtful, serene, kind, and very polite, as noted from him always addressing people with honorifics.As he grows older,he begins to act more like his father,such as pulling pranks,etc.
After the advice his father gave him him,he begins to act more mature.Thanks to this,He wishes to surpass both his parents one day,and stand up for others.He is also having a rivalry with Itachi Uchiha,son of the Uchiha Clan head,Sasuke Uchiha.

As long as their history is naruto related and follow the bio template then they are fine. But when it comes to children of main characters in the anime/manga they are not allowed. If those two characters were never shown having a kid then you cannot make it. I asked Caliburn this a few months ago and he told me bios that are offsprings of characters from the anime/manga aren't allowed.

Remake it. Complete parts of the template are missing, you do not fit the requirements for a Hyuuga bio, so remove everything about that. Also even if you had it, it's not allowed to have two clans in the same bio. Remove all specialties as you have none, remove all those elements, you had zero training so don't lie and say you did. In your first bio you can only post the first element you want to learn and add that you still need training in it. Finally write more history, you had one sentence and it's one that breaks the rules.
