When he takes over a body, do the unique powers associated to his previous body carry over?

Like if Orochimaru took over an Uchiha, and then he takes over a Hyuuga, does this mean he could switch between Sharingan and Byakugan or would he ONLY have Byakugan?




Also another question. Theoretically, if one's chakra control was as good as Neji's, couldn't literally anybody use 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation? Why do only Hyuugas use it?

I think because that's a Hyuuga only related technique. It's unique to their bloodline. Like how certain uchiha techniques are only exclusive to them.

he will have the knowledge of the jutsu's about the previous body could use some of them but not the sharingan related techs

and the hyuugas can only use the 8 tigrams coz they have the byakugan to let them c 360degree view and chakra flow of a person
