Kakashi says that the Byakugan is one of the bloodline abilities passed down in the Hyuuga clan, so does that mean they've got more Keekai Genkai's? And if so, what are they?

it could be just an error, but if there were another Kekkei Genkai then it probably be a more advanced Byakugan.

Maybe just like the sharingan, the byakugan has other forms just like Ms and Ems. Though I don't know how the byakugan could really get any better.

no.
He means that there are other advanced bloodlines abilities, but byakugan is the one which was passed down on the Hyugas.
Plural is refereed to the abilities that exist not to the fact that more than one was passed to the Hyugas.

kakashi is simply stating that bykugaan is one of the KKG.and that this KKG belongs to the hyuuga clan.nothing more IMO

Well....eye transplanting within the members of the hyuuga clan hasn't been heard of till now.....maybe the byakugan's secrets are forbidden from practising within the clan...,just because they fear that the secrets maybe revealed...if at all, only the eldest hyuuga in the family should know about the existence of these secrets......
