    Madara isn't a good villain, especially since he isn't tactical when compared to Orochimaru or Tobi (before he took off the mask). These villains actually made the show worth watching, especially since very few could anticipate their next move.

    Orochimaru: Resurrects the Four Hokage and unseals his arms
    Madara: Uses OP jutsu and somehow gains fans
