@ the people that chose Rasengan: I hope you would at least also choose to avoid the idiotic scream "Raseeeeeeengaaan!!!" every single time :P

From Sasuke and Kakashi I wouldn't expect less, since they usually make seals at lightspeed, we almost never see them

Screaming the name of the attack apparently makes it stronger..it informs the opponent on what is coming towards his face :P
