Looks: Heike is of same height of Kakashi Hatake, Heike has white-grey hair despite his young age, his hair occasionally covers his left and right eyes, the hair reaches the lower neck of Heike and it is almost always fashioned in an 'elegant mess'. Heike has honey colored eyes that pierce through the opponents soul. Heike is usually seen wearing a black jacket which covers his entire upper body, the jacket is almost always zipped up, it has gold patterns on the zipper area, and on the sleeve area. He compliments the black jacket with black pants that are rolled up from below but it still covers his entire foot, down to the shoes.

At other times he wears jackets of the same design, but with different pattern colors but the base color is always black. At times he takes off the jacket, and it is shown that he wears a white long-sleeved/short-sleeved undershirt which is tucked in his black plants.

Heike also wears a single dark contact lense on his right eye, this allows Heike not to be completely blinded from techniques that cause blinding.

Personality:

When people meet Heike at first, they think of him of a malicious, ruthless, and evil person. This is due to his cruel ways of fighting, he is very tactical and efficient person, his tactics are aimed to cause most harm to an opponent, this is what lead to people thinking of him as a villain. As people got to know him they discovered that he was a 'kind' person, and the reason behind his cruelty in fights was that he valued life, even live's of evil people, he would fight ruthlessly in order to minimize the pain that he would indict on his opponents. Although with this aspect of his personality he does not hesitate to inflict pain and torture on a select few, such as Vayne Yuki with whom he has a great grudge and rivalry.
Heike is also a pervert, and is usually seen with hentai books in his hands, and dare not someone insult his hentai, for he will defend it and call it 'art of all senses' and when Toki calls him out on this, he usually punishes Toki in a comical manner. *Heike's Hammurabi when judging evil is "Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, and Eternal Shackles for the wikid" or "Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, and Eternal Sleep for the dead" at other times.

Bartholomew Clan Techniques—Need training.

Heike has an affinity to water release and due to extensive training he can perform all water techniques with a single hand seal. He also has a second affinity to earth release, he is capable of performing earth release related hand seals faster than normal.
Heike is a member of the Bartholomew clan, thus he can perform Bartholomew clan techniques, through his 'paws'.


Background Info.
History: Heike was born in the village of Kirigakure into the Bartholomew clan, however this was unknown to Heike until he reached the age of 16. Heike lived his early life in the village hidden in the mist, he entered the academy at the age of 6 and graduated at the age of 7. He them lead a team who went by the name "Code Breakers" amongst them was one called Yuuki and another called Toki. This team rose to fame by performing extraordinary missions. The team began to grow and more members joined. So to make things easier a tournament was held, in the end Heike was ranked number 2, Yuuki was ranked 3, and Toki was ranked 5. Despite the ranking Heike was the strongest, it was shown that Heike can easily destroy Code Breaker Nō 1 if he wanted.
As they got older the code breakers separated and took different paths. Heike ended up living in Kumogakure for a while, and with his stay he became accustomed to the weather in Kumogakure.
Heike eventually left Kumogakure due to the overall village inactivity. During his travels it was revealed to Heike that he is a member of the Bartholomew clan, and to his surprise Yuukimhis former comrade was the clan leader. Heike tracked down Yuuki, once they met Yuuki was more than happy to train him. After a extensive period of time the training had ended. But the progress achieved in the training was unknown to outsiders.
Heike and Yuuki share a bond that is sarcastic, cynical, and sometimes damn right strange. Heike constantly says he is the strongest code breaker, while Yuuki says he is the clan leader. So a weird competitive relationship is always present. Also Yuuki has a annoying relationship with the Tea that Heike drinks, he constantly spills it on Heikes head(~_~). And as pay back Heike usually ties Yuuki with a white rope that has a gold glow to it, and tortures Yuuki.
Heike now resides in Konohagakure while Yuuki resides in Iwagakure.
