Yeah it's a prediction but the picture is nicely drawn. You can tell the faces are drawn slightly different from Kishi's style and you wouldn't get clean pictures of this quality on the weekends. As a general rule I don't think you'd get any piece of info until late Monday if your very lucky. I remember the spoiler image of Kakashi getting hit by a nail silhouette came very early. Tuesday you might get piece of the script and Wednesday usually the pic are leaked. Could be a day earlier since I'm in Australia and we're ahead of the rest of the world

Amusing read.. but theres a hokage summit going on.. madara is around and so is sasuke.. just why would kakashi and naruto just randomly train out of no where??? the whole script sounds like a 3rd grade play..
