She can break through Susanoo armor, which I'd say is stronger.

Tsunade can still hurt Kakuzu if he's using Domu. His skin becomes durable but his inards can still be knocked around and damaged (concussion, ect.)

But even having said that, Kakuzu should win this.

Susanoo is a stronger defense (as a whole) then Domu but I disagree about it's durability. Domu has shown to have better durability

His range justu are dodge and tank katsuyu take out his hearts so do tsunade he runs out of chakra then he dies

I dont think my personal self is better then whoever she is if thats what your reffering to that doesnt matter what does matter is kakuzu will beat tsunade in a fight ... look political battle tsunade would win healingg battle ..... tsunade would win ( although kakuzu can reattach limbs ) but shinobi battle tsunade cant win please accept that and create a tsunade vs kakuzu medical style thread or something

OT: I don't have a good memory of Kakuzu's arsenal, can someone tell me something he could use which would kill Tsunade? I can't recall any moves that could and we all know Tsunade has more stamina
